Terms of Service
Last updated: 6/27/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Virantics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Virantics provides AI-powered tools that analyze public YouTube data — including channels, videos, comments, and thumbnails — to help creators generate ideas, titles, thumbnails, hooks, and understand audience sentiment.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to access the dashboard and paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial and Paid Plans
We offer a 24-hour free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan limits (such as the number of tool runs) are described on our pricing page and are enforced per billing period. Unused runs do not roll over.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users’ accounts, or interfere with the Service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our APIs or AI providers.
- Input or generate content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
6. YouTube Data and Third-Party Content
The Service retrieves public data from YouTube via the YouTube Data API. You are responsible for complying with YouTube’s Terms of Service and any applicable third-party terms when using data obtained through our tools.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Virantics or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the outputs are accurate, complete, or will lead to specific results. You are responsible for the content you publish.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virantics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virantics operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
